Step One:

Choose properties that meet your needs and schedule your house showings.

Step Two:

Decide on a property to rent and complete an online application.

Step Three:

Pay your Security Deposit over the phone, in the office or by Clicking Here.

The following items must be completed and received within two weeks of putting down security deposit:

Step Four:

Schedule your lease-signing appointment. Choose a day and time that works for everyone in your household or group.

(if applicable) Step Five:

Return the completed Financial Guarantee Agreement with your Financial Guarantor’s notarized signature. Only original copies will be accepted.

Step Six:

Submit the completed Tenant Move-In Checklist that was provided to you during your lease signing appointment. Incomplete or late submissions will result in a delayed move-in and a $100 administrative fee.
